Luke’s interest in rehabilitation science began when he was an athlete at Westlake High School. He was a patient in Body Logic his senior year. His interest transformed into a passion and the Body Logic clinicians and staff guided him on a trajectory in reaching his ultimate goal – to care for patients as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Luke is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). He received his doctorate from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2018. Upon completing his DPT, he completed the USC Physical Therapy Orthopedic Residency where he cared for patients in the university’s faculty practice. In addition to his position as a physical therapist at USC Physical Therapy Associates, he received 400 hours of mentoring from expert orthopedic physical therapists and physicians. He served as an adjunct assistant professor and conducted a prospective case study implementing Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) techniques in the care of a patient after a Total Knee Replacement.

Luke also holds his Athletic Training Certification (ATC). He received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from California State University of Northridge (CSUN) in 2013. His experience on the field as an athletic trainer is extensive. He has provided his services for Westlake High School sport teams, USA Beach Volleyball, the Dew Tour, Nitro Circus motocross, and the Ragnar relay series. The experience he attained as an Athletic Trainer allows him to manage sport related injuries and systematically progress athletes back to competition.

He specializes in treating acute and chronic orthopedic ailments. His favorite aspect of being a physical therapist is watching patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they love.
